If you are a skinny guy like I was, than you will need protein and lot’s of it. Anything works, chicken, beef, spinach, milk, peanut butter, peanuts, protein bars, protein shakes, fish, muscle mass (this is a good one, they have a FREE trial, check it out) etc... Just look on the other side of the box for protein that’s all. Try to eat 5 times a day, 3 big meals, and 2 small snacks in between (apples, bananas, watermelon, something healthy).

Ok now, in order to get the best results ASAP, you’re going to have to work out your biceps and triceps at the same time. Try to do 4 sets of each exercise, 8 reps per set.
